A cry for help

Oh Loki, lie smith, he of the silver tongue and flashing eyes.  Please, lend me the strength to help myself so that I may become a better versed and better prepared follower of your path.  I have never asked for anything before because I am self-reliant and see asking others for help, outside of academic purposes, as unnecessary wasting of their time and I don't want to be the clingy friend who keeps knocking on their door, asking for random favors.  Honestly though, what would they want with a fat, music loving, slightly agoraphobic hippie like me?

You and I are a lot alike in the sense that we are "the puzzle piece that doesn't quite fit" in our respective worlds.  I have often said that I would be available as a sounding board if you ever needed someone to talk to.  It is taking me a lot of courage to ask you, of all people, mortal or god, to help me with this, but honestly, I don't know who else to turn to.

Please, spot your loyal follower this one favor and help her find direction in a world where it seems like nobody can help her and nobody would want to.
